Cool Spaces: The Best New Architecture TV Show

I've always been kind of disappointed with many shows that claim to be architecture based. Shows that shows house hunters or “flippers”, extreme homes etc.The only show I really liked was Building Wild by National Geographic. I liked this show because it actually gave you a view of how the architect designs and what it takes to get a building to come together.

BUT… I have to say the best new show that actually is about architecture and architects is Cool Spaces. Cool spaces is a new TV series and website that aims to showcase all the new and exciting things in the world of architecture and design. They aim to take the viewer “on an up-close and informative tour – not just of the building, but of the design process itself, from idea to reality”. Each hour long episode is hosted by architect and teacher Stephen Chung. Stephen recently hosted the 2014 AIA Convention in Chicago, and has also appeared on HGTV and the Travel Channel.

Check out this short promo video for Cool Spaces Fourth Episode on Healing Spaces....

Definatly give the show a watch if you’re at all interested in architecture and design, you wont be disappointed!
